In Touch Volume 4 Issue 2 - summer 2005

From the editor

When Bishop Tripp visited the parish back in February, he met a number of parishioners. These were all able to give a fairly upbeat report on the parish – we are financially sound, there is a lot going on, and we feel that the parish is a friendly place to be. I hope that this edition of the magazine reflects that view, and helps to keep us all ‘In Touch’ with what’s happening in the parish. The Bishop did encourage us to be more outward looking – and to this end I draw your attention to the articles on the Fair Trade stall and on the Mayday Hospital volunteers, and the item on the 100 club in support of the Ahotokurom leprosy village.

Thanks to all our contributors – do please keep writing for us. Thanks to the editorial committee for all their hard work. Thank you to all of you for reading the magazine – and have a happy summer!
