In Touch Volume 2 Issue 2 - Summer 2003

From the editor

Thanks to the people who have contributed to this issue – especially the members of parish organisations who have taken the time to tell us what they get up to! I know there would be great interest in receiving reports from other organisations as well. Thanks also to the letter writers and joke providers – keep them coming!

This issue recalls a number of anniversaries: the death of St Columba, the ordination of Deacon Philip, and the death of a young parishioner, Paul Marshall, who is commemorated in a moving Back Page poem.

The next issue of In Touch will mark our first anniversary, and I hope will have information on Ahotokurom, our proposed parish project. Copy date for the next issue is 21st September 2003

I wish us all a warm and peaceful summer.
